Billing Shows SUTSTONE LLC
Discreet & Secure — Always
Every order ships in a plain, unmarked white box or mailer with zero indication of what’s inside or that it came from SlipDix.
The shipping label will not mention SlipDix or describe the contents of your order.
For added privacy, your billing statement will appear as “SUTSTONE LLC” — never SlipDix.
Your privacy matters from checkout to delivery. We keep the outside boring, so what’s inside stays your business.
Example of a discreet shipping label. No product details or SlipDix branding appear on the package.
Fast U.S. Fulfillment
Orders placed before 1PM EST Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking is included with every order, so you’ll know exactly when your package is on the way.
We fulfill from trusted U.S. locations:
- Cleveland, Ohio
- Ferndale, Michigan
- Phoenix, Arizona

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import restrictions, or delivery requirements set by their country.
Need Even More Discretion?
You can ship to a FedEx, UPS, or shipping storefront for pickup if you prefer not to receive packages at home.
